I have been bringing my vehicles to Mall of GA Ford for 15 years, and have been happy until now. I brought my van in at the end of October 2024. The heat and ac went out. I was charged over $4,700 to fix, but only the heater was fixed. At the end of March 2025, I was charged $8,000 to replace radiator and fix AC. The AC was still not fixed. Near the end of April I brought the van back to have the AC fixed AGAIN. Melvin Knight gave me a price of $3,800 for this next FIX. HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE OFF $500 AND THAT IT WOULD BE DONE THAT DAY. IT WAS A WEEK AND A HALF LATER BEFORE IT WAS DONE. WHEN I WENT TO PAY ONLY $100 WAS TAKEN OFF. AND AFTER ALL THAT MONEY SPENT , NO AC. I BROUGHT THE VAN BACK NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE AFTER THAT TO BE FIXED. I WENT WITH MELVIN KNIGHT TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE $500 NOT TAKEN OFF. THE MAMAGER LOOKED AT INVOICE AND SAID $300 HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF. I SAID THAT WAS FROM FORD PASS. (THEY DO NOT DIFFERENTIATE SERVICE DISCOUNTS FROM FORD PASS DISCOUNTS ON PURPOSE, SO THEY CAN BE DECEITFUL). THE MANAGER ACTED LIKE THE MATTER HAD BEEN SETTLED, AS IF HE WAS TALKING TO A COMPLETE IDIOT. The last time I brought it back, Melvin said he would quote me for replacing something under the dash. I had already spent THOUSANDS to replace parts that apparently didn’t need replacing. I will NEVER, NEVER come back here again. More

We picked out are vehicle and from there we were closing on the deal 30 minutes later I was sitting with the finance manager, Draco’s who is a great guy closed are deal and picked up delivery of are vehicle and left the dealership one hour and some change and I was on my way home . I’ve purchased several vehicles in my time and this was my best experience by far. The salesman was on my level and I felt very comfortable with Anthony with my personal information just an outstanding experience. I will 100 percent recommend mall of ga ford to my friends and my family. I want to say thank you , the only reason I’m even doing this review is because I’ve been sucked into to bad deals in the past with everything from finance to buying a car with problems and I’ve never had that experience with mall of ga ford . The technician accidentally left the oil cap off after changing the oil and I drove 3500 miles before I discovered it. MOG Ford attempted to make it right by towing to their shop to diagnose. They claimed it was just two quarts low but when I checked it before it was picked up, it was bone dry. When I picked my truck up, no paperwork was provided. I have left multiple messages to the service manager as well as the GM and have yet to receive a return call. I expect documentation that this incident occurred in case there is a future issue resulting from this mishap. Thanks, Concerned F150 Owner More
