I emailed and called Jose and Kristian never responded. I never would have taken delivery without a owner's manual. It is a simple fix send me a owner manual and warranty book. Ford gives you a supplemental book for a hybrid which I don't need. Ford needs give me a owner's manual and warranty book . As soon as I receive them I will fix the review.
