In April 2025, I purchased a Ford Transit for my business from Ford Mall of Georgia. On January 13, 2026, I returned to the dealership to request documentation related to my previous purchase (vehicle value from Ford Mall of Georgia. When I asked the front desk for assistance, I was referred to a man named Henmat (name may be slightly incorrect), who uses the second office. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of understanding of basic customer service. Key issues: He mocked me when I said I purchased the vehicle “last year,” insisting there were no records and speaking in a sarcastic tone He threw his keys and wallet onto his desk and continued speaking condescendingly He dismissed my question by saying, “Hyundai is Hyundai, this is Ford,” in a rude manner He ate food in front of me while laughing and making sarcastic comments, which was completely inappropriate I want to be clear: I did not provide incorrect information. I said “last year,” meaning 2025. It is now early 2026. This should not be difficult for a professional to understand. I purchase vehicles for business regularly, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect at other dealerships. While everything was “okay” when payment was taken, the attitude after the sale was dismissive and insulting. That is not how you retain long-term or repeat business customers. I will never return to this dealership to purchase another Ford Transit or any business vehicle. I strongly advise business owners and repeat buyers to consider other dealerships if they value professionalism and respect. More
