Multiple service visits to figure out the problem I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the i I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the issue persisted even after 2 repairs (1 at a different service center and 1 at Mall of Georgia Ford). We had just moved to Georgia so I needed it fixed quickly so I could pass the emissions test and register my car. Scottie provided great customer service. He understood that the situation was stressful and he worked with my schedule (dropping off and picking up my son from preschool). The customer service team arranged shuttle and Lyft service, and Scottie arranged a rental car for the last few days of the ordeal. All in all, we spent $1900 to fix a stupid check engine light with 3 separate fixes. Scottie and the customer service we received made the experience much better than it could it have been. I am grateful that the 3rd repair seems to have done the trick and the Check Engine light has not turned back on. I will definitely return to Mall of Georgia Ford when the car needs service again. More

Trading in my car My agent find a car the fit everything I needed. However I had to return , an hourlong drive, to sign papers they forgot to have me sign. They also told me I would still be blento use Smart Note for payments which I love but when I called Smart Note to change over vehicles I was told they no longer do vehicle loans. Lastly I didn’t get my license plate back which I assumed I would, small item, just annoying. More

Mall of Georgia Ford had a great price and I found my vehicle on one of the popular used car websites and was able to compare it with similar models. Mall of Georgia Ford had a great price and was very competitive. Since they were more than an hour away from me, they sent me a "walk through" video of the truck, which really sold it for me. When I showed up to purchase the truck, all went smoothly. No surprises. We had a wait a bit to see the Finance manager to finalize the purchase, but other than that, everything went great. More
