Lying and untrustworthy in every way!! Would rate Negative if I could. These people are not trustworthy in any way and will lie to you to get you to the dealership. I went to the dealer Would rate Negative if I could. These people are not trustworthy in any way and will lie to you to get you to the dealership. I went to the dealership on Monday and looked at a specific truck, I was given several workups on price and left Monday after seeing some figures. I put in an online inquiry about a truck and then proceeded to communicate with Gene via text message throughout the day. I sent Gene an image of a price workup from Monday and we proceeded to discuss the truck in question. I made my standpoint and offer 100% clear via text message and Gene said "LETS DO THIS. Come and see me. If you want to make that offer in person and are prepa?red to take delivery today" I made it clear that I did not want to waste my time if my offer would not go through. I proceeded to leave work early, went home and cleared out my car for the trade, by removing my dash cam (Wired in completely and removal is not easy and will take more than an hour to rewire in) and seat covers an moving all of my stuff out of the car. I got to the dealership and was told virtually immediately that my offer would not be accepted (That offer and its acceptance via text message was the only reason I was there) even tough my position was 100% clear before coming in. I proceeded to discuss the price workup from Monday to see where the dealer was actually at on the pricing after being lied to about the acceptance of my offer. After some negotiating I gave a substantially higher offer to see what would be said and the Gene came back and said they just met their October monthly goal and the workup we had been discussing was no longer on the table and brought two new workups that were thousands of dollars higher. This was the point where I left because I was tired of being lied to on what they can actually do on that truck. This is completely dishonest business practice and they have no appreciation for your time as a buyer. If Gene knew that my offer would not stand then he should have never said it would have and drug me out to the dealership to waste my time never mind the extra wasted time and effort clearing out my car to be ready to trade in. More

Just out to get more money I went to get a simple alignment on my truck after I had some work done by my mechanic. They said that they were able to almost align it but that I ha I went to get a simple alignment on my truck after I had some work done by my mechanic. They said that they were able to almost align it but that I had to replace a bunch of front end parts to get it exact. After I paid I never was given the paper that shows the alignment information. Then I had to go raise xxxx to get it emailed to me and my mechanic looked at it and said they didn't hardly do anything. They were supposed to check some things and find out what was going on with the steering and nobody even did anthing. So I brought it back and they said they cant do anything until i replace the parts again even though my mechanic said those parts were fine and then they didnt need replacement. Cant recommend them at all based in my experience there. So i still have a truck that's not aligned and I'm out $89. More
