I really appreciate everything they did to help us get top where we wanted to be in a vehicle and in payment. Everything was great until my wife and I, were sent to the main building to meet with the finance lady. It's not often I get to be the customer, but this woman started out treating me as if I was an ignorant teenager who had never purchased a vehicle. After she decided to tell me it wasn't possible to get a lower interest rate, and why she was right, another offer came in at a lower rate by over 1%. I called my bank who would give me an interest rate 2% lower, just couldn't meet the length that the other banks offered. So not only was she tree one who was wrong, she was ignorant to the matter of which she was speaking. Then after that she hounded my wife about a warranty after she said "no" at least 4 times, and then made my wife feel like she thought we couldn't afford it as if she was looking down on us. I had told her from the beginning I wasn't interested in it. I know she gets a commission from the warranty sales, but that was ridiculous. She was acting as if she was broke and had to have the commission. It was finally so bad with her that my wife and I left in the vehicle we already owned and canceled the purchase, and drove the 2 hour trip home. On the way home, Chris called and apologized, and offered for us to come back on a different day and deal with a different finance person. Due to my work schedule we had top wait two more days and then drive from South Carolina back to the dealership to complete the deal. I would purchase another vehicle from your dealership, and would recommend the dealership, but I will not complete a purchase if it requires me or my wife to have any contact with the same woman. I will also warn anyone I recommend to the dealership about the woman so they don't have to deal with her. It should be noted that the only reason we returned to finalize the purchase, was because of the experience we had with Chris and Chaz. I am in a public relations profession, and this woman would be fired or worse in my profession. If my wife and I become a return customer, it will be only because of Chris and Chaz. It is in my opinion that this woman has no business dealing with the public, I promise I'm not the only person to have issues with her personality, with her attitude I'm sure she's rubbed several others the wrong way, and that's not good for business in sales. More

Poor warranty work previously cost me $500 Until recently I’ve had all of my service work done by MOG Ford. I needed an oil/filter change and for convenience let an independent mechanic service Until recently I’ve had all of my service work done by MOG Ford. I needed an oil/filter change and for convenience let an independent mechanic service my F-150 along with my CTS. He alerted me to an oil pan leak. I let him do the repair since I thought my vehicle was out of warranty and the oil had already been drained. His Ford parts dealership advised him that according to Ford manual these pans cannot be resealed or attached but that a new pan was required. The technician said the old pan appeared to have been worked on previously (which it was) an reattached with massive amounts of silicon sealant. The previous oil pan work was done under warranty my MOG Ford. I advised the heat of MOG service and requested to be reimbursed for my repair which was the result of poor service work previously by his dept. As expected he gave me every excuse in the book to deny my request. In other words he took no responsibility for a problem caused by his dept. because I didn’t bring my vehicle back to him. I told him that I had several oil change services since their repair and his technicians neglected to identify the obvious issue. It took an honest independent mechanic to advise me of the issue. As far as I’m concerned MOG Ford is dishonest and cannot be trusted. As a result I will never use them again for service or future vehicle purchases. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know an meet not to do business with corrupt MOG Ford. I will get it out on social media also. What a disappointment for such a large company. I’m done with MOG Ford and may even go to another brand on my next purchase. . More
