Good experience overall I called 12/9 to inquire about a 2015 Lexus Is250 that was in the interior/exterior color, mileage, and price range I was looking for. Javanie provide I called 12/9 to inquire about a 2015 Lexus Is250 that was in the interior/exterior color, mileage, and price range I was looking for. Javanie provided accurate information over the phone and we set an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and test drove the car. Javanie was patient and answered my many questions. I appreciate his more laid back style of sales as I did not feel pressured at any point to make a purchase. I also got a pre-purchase inspection from a different mechanic to cover my bases. When I came back from the inspection, Javanie was a bit busy with customers so he directed me to James to help me through the paperwork. James was knowledgable and professional as well. The finance side took a bit longer to complete than I cared for, but that was at no fault of Javanie or James so I'm not going to deduct anything because of that. The dealership was clean and the other staff was friendly and engaging. Javanie went the extra mile and drove my other car home so I wouldn't have to uber back to the dealership, saving me time and money, and that was greatly appreciated. I am happy with my purchase.
