Going to a dealership for service has always been one of those questionable things because you feel they’re just looking for ways to make money off of you. However, I’ve never felt that way about Mall of GA those questionable things because you feel they’re just looking for ways to make money off of you. However, I’ve never felt that way about Mall of GA Ford. They listen to you, give you sensible answers, and then do the work as agreed. They’ve never tried to upsell me and even told me I didn’t need new brake pads when I went there once to get brake pads. As long as they keep making customers feel valued, I will be a customer. More
