Very disappointed with MOG Ford. MOG Ford replaced the clutch in my Mustang. Recently the pedal didn't feel right, so I attempted to contact the service advisor via phone and email see when I could drop clutch in my Mustang. Recently the pedal didn't feel right, so I attempted to contact the service advisor via phone and email see when I could drop off the vehicle. No response. Contacted another service advisor 3 days later and dropped off the vehicle on Sunday night. New diagnosis was the clutch needed to be replaced. MOG Ford said I was one day out of the 2-year warranty they would not cover the repair. A Ford clutch installed by a Ford technician should last more than 15k miles unless the parts were bad or installed incorrectly. Disappointed to see a company that will exploit a technicality and does not stand behind their work. Planning to take the vehicle elsewhere because I have lost confidence in MOG Ford. More

I stopped to see if they could check a noise my car was making. The service advisor said no and that I could leave the vehicle overnight and they might get to it the next day. Mall Of Georgia Ford service and parts do not care about there customers. I was sold a defective part (which has been warranties or refused pick up 5 times) and refuses to return my money. I’ve since had to there customers. I was sold a defective part (which has been warranties or refused pick up 5 times) and refuses to return my money. I’ve since had to buy another part from a different manufacturer to fix my truck. Pretty sure the positive review on here are paid or fake. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. More
