They cracked my dash and misdiagnosed the problem My first experience was so-so, and they were able to fond a part for my rare car, but this time.... brought them an A/C realted electrical problem. My first experience was so-so, and they were able to fond a part for my rare car, but this time.... brought them an A/C realted electrical problem. And they cracked my air vent housing trying to get to it, and then refused to replace it when i would not pay for them to replace the whole system... which randomly started working by itself after a couple of days. Wont be coming back. I hate people who take advantage. More

Poor warranty work previously cost me $500 Until recently I’ve had all of my service work done by MOG Ford. I needed an oil/filter change and for convenience let an independent mechanic service Until recently I’ve had all of my service work done by MOG Ford. I needed an oil/filter change and for convenience let an independent mechanic service my F-150 along with my CTS. He alerted me to an oil pan leak. I let him do the repair since I thought my vehicle was out of warranty and the oil had already been drained. His Ford parts dealership advised him that according to Ford manual these pans cannot be resealed or attached but that a new pan was required. The technician said the old pan appeared to have been worked on previously (which it was) an reattached with massive amounts of silicon sealant. The previous oil pan work was done under warranty my MOG Ford. I advised the heat of MOG service and requested to be reimbursed for my repair which was the result of poor service work previously by his dept. As expected he gave me every excuse in the book to deny my request. In other words he took no responsibility for a problem caused by his dept. because I didn’t bring my vehicle back to him. I told him that I had several oil change services since their repair and his technicians neglected to identify the obvious issue. It took an honest independent mechanic to advise me of the issue. As far as I’m concerned MOG Ford is dishonest and cannot be trusted. As a result I will never use them again for service or future vehicle purchases. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know an meet not to do business with corrupt MOG Ford. I will get it out on social media also. What a disappointment for such a large company. I’m done with MOG Ford and may even go to another brand on my next purchase. . More
