Transmission replaced some miscommunications, transmission delivered but the party who accepted it did not make anyone aware and let it sit. Delayed installation. Requested it be mailed on Saturday. Today’s Wednesday , nothing yet. Not sure I would recommend but not committed against either. Was forced to check a. box. More

Excellent Service With A Friendly Demeanor I took my F-150 in for its 40k mile service. My service rep, Oscar, met me and explained what was included in the service check. All went well and my truck was ready on schedule as promised. Oscar noted my tires were wearing on the outside rims and suggested I put in 3-pounds more of air above the standard fill. He also provided info and recommendations for replacement tires, when the time comes. He was professional and personable and I much appreciated his recommendations. More
