Had a weird noise which was difficult to hear for them. They called me and I told them how to recreate the noise. The did what I said and fixed the problem quickly. They called me and I told them how to recreate the noise. The did what I said and fixed the problem quickly. More
My 2018 Ford Transit Connect has been a disappointment. It has had a gear shifter recall, a complete transmission failure that had to be replaced at 30K miles and dealership had the vehicle for one month, It has had a gear shifter recall, a complete transmission failure that had to be replaced at 30K miles and dealership had the vehicle for one month, and a HCU, Hydraulic Control Unit failure that just cost me $4K with repair and rental car because dealership did not have a loaner car. Its is this most recent issue where I felt the dealership truly failed to help. Yes they repaired the HCU. But no one there seemed to care that this failure occurred on a highway while I was going 70 MPH. Luckily I was driving on a Saturday morning when traffic was not very heavy, but if it was during rush hour, I could have been killed with this sudden failure which caused the vehicle to drop speed to under 30 MPH and then lock up so I could not drive it. I would have thought a service advisor would have brought this issue to the attention of a manager or owner but no one seemed to really care. Just pay your $3K for the fix and on your way. I was a number and a profit center only. I would not bring my vehicle there if you value customer and you money. More
Had my tires installed on my rims. Picked up after they installed everything. Installed on my vehicle to find they put 15 lbs of air. How do you balance tires with that low pressure. However, I got myself into a situation with the electronic parking break blowing out the caliper during a rear brake job I was doing myself. I needed it fixed as fast as possible and got to a point where time was more valuable than price. That being said, I was very satisfied with my service writer and the speed the repair was done, and I have no complaints on that end. Dealerships just tend to charge more for similar service than stand alone shops. More
Extremely pleasant when you first drop off your vehicle, then it becomes a money grab. Last time I was in there, I was told that my rear brakes need to be redone and needed new rotors. because I have a work then it becomes a money grab. Last time I was in there, I was told that my rear brakes need to be redone and needed new rotors. because I have a work vehicle, I left my personal vehicle parked instead of doing the brakes right away. One year later, I go to the dealership to have the brakes done and they told me they are fine. I also brought it in for the concern of coolant, boiling out of my coolant reservoir. I was told that the mechanic could not get it to boil out. I came home and verified that it does. I asked them what the cost would be for changing the thermostat and I was told over $500. I’m a man, but I will not be bringing my vehicle or purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. More
They fix my car I thought the price was way out of line. I was never really told what was the problem. Communication was not that good. I was never really told what was the problem. Communication was not that good. More
