Disappointed it took so long to discover it was a motor mount. Dropped car off on Thursday 11/2 and it was completed on 11/10. Problem was discovered on Tuesday 11/7. Part was not ordered until 11/8. Car was not done until 11/10. It should have been done on 11/8. Cost me two extra rental days with Ford Rental. $80. More

Brian was fabulous! My 2021 Expedition shut down on a major intersection. I called and he calmly walked me through on how to get it started back up: I took my car in and My 2021 Expedition shut down on a major intersection. I called and he calmly walked me through on how to get it started back up: I took my car in and he handled it perfectly. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the technician that worked on it did not use the floor board paper to protect my car and left it in the passenger seat. I will make sure that does not happen again. More
