I had to edit my review due to my first and only service experience. I made an appointment last week for 10:00 today. I pulled into the dealership and looked everywhere for signs for the service drive. Afte experience. I made an appointment last week for 10:00 today. I pulled into the dealership and looked everywhere for signs for the service drive. After circling my car through the lot I parked and went in. I was then told the service department is in a totally different building behind the dealership.....for some reason they chose to put the directory sign for parts/service as you are leaving. I pulled into the drive and walked in where I stood for about 5 minutes, not knowing exactly who to speak to, without any acknowledgment, and watched multiple advisors look at me and walk right by without saying anything. Finally Patrick acknowledged my existence and started my write up. Told me it would be 45 minutes to a little over an hour because I requested a wash. After an hour and a half with no update, I texted Patrick for an ETA. After about 20 minutes with no response/update and a 2 hour wait for a oil change and wash I texted again. Patrick finally responded and 15 minutes later called me up and apologized for the delay and gave me my services for free due to the inconvenience. As much as I appreciate them comping my services, I feel like I should share my experience as it was my first time. I work as an owner loyalty manager(customer service rep) at another dealership and I know how important reviews, surveys, and feedback are. More
I went in for a paint protection service, & now my hood looks noticeably worse. It has large “brush-like” strokes that are too visible. I gave it time to settle, but the stroke marks have remained! I’m not sure what all was done, but it looked better before I took it in. Now I’m left looking for a corrective paint job from SOMEWHERE! More

This location has poor communication. They take up to 48 hours for simple diagnostics basically meaning my car is just sitting there for days until they can get around to it. And now I’ve been waiting for 5 days still with no word for an AC check. This is a poorly ran service center. More
