Matt Tyler is a go-to. The last time he took care of me (all others have been 10/10 too), he went above and beyond to make sure he and the mechanics took care of a really challenging problem even though it was not due to their dealership.

I did reach out to Alan and left him a message. Never received a return call. Only person that is credible in the whole Service Department is Matthew Tyler- he is the only one that helped us. Will never do business with this company again.
