After having the car for a week I believe I returned because of two reasons 1. I had left a attachment in right front seat and I had left a CD in my other car was not there. Dropped my car off to have the fog light done. I was calling calling and calling. Nobody could take my call and tell me whether they had it in stock and whether someone can do it when I got there I was calling calling and calling. I had a shifter bushing recall that needed to get taken care of - and had been notified that the parts were now available after a 4-month wait. I also had a ~$50 coupon for routine maintenance (oil change care of - and had been notified that the parts were now available after a 4-month wait. I also had a ~$50 coupon for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection) that was specific for my 2016 Ford Fusion and figured I'd get both done at the same time. As I checked the vehicle for my early AM appointment, I still had to wait about 10 minutes to get waited on. Then, I was told there would be a $50 up-charge for the oil my car actually needed. So, the coupon wasn't really specific. I was told the car would be ready by close of business that same day. I didn't get a call saying that the vehicle was ready that day. When I called about a half hour before close of business I was told it was ready, but it was too late for my wife and I to pick it up. When we picked it up the next AM. The multi-point inspection report wasn't included with the bill. I had to ask for it. More
