Service Director won't return my calls I had a terrible experience this past February renewing my inspection sticker and fixing a defective passenger-side airbag sensor, which took 3 trips I had a terrible experience this past February renewing my inspection sticker and fixing a defective passenger-side airbag sensor, which took 3 trips to the dealership. The airbag sensor has been an on-going problem for 4 years. Multiple replacements of the sensors (and harness wiring & wiring assembly) cost me a total of over $2,000. Since March 20, I've made three requests (first through a service adviser, second through a receptionist, third through a direct email on April 23 to Melissa Best) for Melissa to call and help me understand what happened and to reimburse a portion of my bill in goodwill compensation for my time and frustration. I have still not been contacted. I've been a loyal Ford customer (Brady-Bushey, Battlefield and Malloy) for over 20 yrs. I'm simply asking for Melissa to contact me. Thank you. More

I know it's tuff to satisfy people with their cars. Most service is performed sequentially. If there was a way to perform services simultaneously, it would make the waits shorter. I did not realize that "detailing" a car took so much time. The cars always look, smell and perform like new after "detailing." Thank you for the courtesy wash and vacuuming! More
