Most important, I felt like they were attending to me as an individual, offering transportation, and working with my scheduling needs. Even though they have hundreds of customers per month, you actually feel like your OWN needs are given paramount attention. My sales person was Dave Donley. Mr. Donley is exactly the type of personality one needs to sell cars. Patient, strong, very knowledgeable in the car sales process, friendly, and laid back. He told me which accessories/options would be good for me, and which wouldn't, ensuring that I made the final decision and understood the options. He actually picked me up at my home to come to the dealership to pick up the car [after I completed the sale a day earlier!], knowing I did not have a car for transportation. He assisted me in trying to jump start my old trade in, brought water for the transmission, and removed my old plates on the car for attachment to the new vehicle. When the new car was delivered to me, he took great care to go over all the main features of the vehicle so I had a jump start [pardon the pun] on understanding all of what the car could do. I dealt with four other dealerships during this process, and none of them compare to Jerry's Ford, and none of the sales persons compared to Dave Donley. There were honest, true to their word, and came through on all promises. We got an excellent price for our car, a price that other dealers confessed that not only could they not match the price, but they could not get the car themselves at the price offered by Jerry's. There were no "bait and switch" tactics and they did not try to sell us what we did not need. They were very knowledgeable and relayed that knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. They were patient in answering all of our questions and were easy to reach when we called. Financing was easy and efficient.
