Very dishonest dealership, AVOID AT ALL COST. Even any Chevy dealership will not cost that much. They also gave me the xxxxxxxxx about if I fix it myself(one headlight for GOD sake) it will decrease the value of my truck. How many of their 2020 used vehicles all have original equipment? None. They might have after market batteries, windshields, tires and wheels... They also charged $899 processing fees (junk fees), according to Car and Driver, the average fees in VA is $490. Dealer's Business License $64.23. Luckily they did not charge parking fees, utilities fees, employees' salaries contribution, year end bonuses etc. Again avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be ripped off. More
We traded in our 2020 Ford Ranger on a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E at Malloy Ford of Alexandria. We gave a downpayment of $2,000 with our credit card (everything attached in the contract). The sale contract (l Mach-E at Malloy Ford of Alexandria. We gave a downpayment of $2,000 with our credit card (everything attached in the contract). The sale contract (last page of attached document) assured us that we would pay xxx amount of money monthly for 84 months, beginning on 1/24/24. The dealer, specifically the finance director who signed the contract, Aman Meerzaman, called me today saying that the bank did not approve the 84 month contract and that we would have to give another $1,000 in order for them to close the deal that for us was already closed. We said we could not pay that money, so they asked us to return the car and we did not agree. Now they want to repossess the car. Be careful with this dealership, they lie to their consumers. More
This dealership's service manager is such a rude person. He will call a female customer names rather than understand that the poorly performed service in my case ended leaving me in a dangerous situation on He will call a female customer names rather than understand that the poorly performed service in my case ended leaving me in a dangerous situation on the road. I should have read the reviews before taking my car there. I had battery replaced which should be a pretty simple thing to do. The battery cable was left loose and my car stopped 10 minutes later I drove off the dealership. The service manager argued with me that the cable was on when I drove off and came loose while driving. Go figure! Per the service manager, this was an inconvenience for me when my car died on the busy intersection, not even the emergency lights worked, can't push my car off the road. When I said I refuse to pay for any labor and I want my money refunded, the manager called me an opportunists and a liar- basically in his mind I was trying to scam the service for $40. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The one star reviews should be taken in consideration when taking your car to be serviced there. More

I took my v advise no black or minority customers to do any service with this dealership. Please beware of this dealership especially women of color. I took my vehicle to get an oil change and get a brand new tire plugged. He was very rude and screamed across the bay that it was $35,$35,$35. They would have to charge $35 to see what was wrong with the tire. I informed him that it was a new tire and I showed him where the tire needed to be pluged Because I didn’t want to pay $35 dollars for a plug I inform him I would do it myself for 7 buying the plug at auto zone. He came to the waiting room later on and asked where was I going to get my tire fixed I informed him again that I will do it myself for about $7. The service advisor said he would fix it for 7 then I get my bill I was charged 15. I left with a higher bill. The next day my tire was flat again. Inspected the tire there was a fresh cut on the wall of the brand new tire. I knew he did it or had someone to do it. I was not able to go back to the dealership so I sent a video to the dealership and all they could say was that they were sorry that my experience was not good. I reported then to ford motor credit.
