It was time to retire my 2003 F250 with almost 250,000 miles, and 10 years of faithful service. We decided to go green and we used our many Buying Services; AAA, Costco, NFCU and Ford to locate our new 2 miles, and 10 years of faithful service. We decided to go green and we used our many Buying Services; AAA, Costco, NFCU and Ford to locate our new 2013 Ford C-Max. The only Dealer that offered us a vehicle close to what we were looking for was an email from Angel Gammons. So on a day off work, I drove my truck to Jerry's, to get my first look and drive of the C-Max. Angel was waiting for me, and he walked me out to a new Ruby Red C-Max. He spent time explaining the car and Ford's Technology behind the new car. He then took me on the Test Drive, explaining all the functions of the new car. He even took the time to demonstrate the Parking Assist Feature, which btw really works. Angel and I talked about the Trade-in value for my Truck and the cost of taking the plunge in owning a new car. He asked me to take my car home and show the car to my wife and come back with a decision. I was back with Angel and with the help of Tima, in adding a few extras, then to Mike Ip who wrote up my financing. Angel had me our the door in a new C-max in a little over two hours. Before I sought to purchase my F-150 EcoBoost XLT, I thoroughly researched vehicle options and values. My initial thought was to try to find one that had 25-30K miles, and a reasonable price tag. Sure enough, the market was saturated, and there were a boatload of deals to pursue. Still, I knew there were current promotions on new vehicles that might take the sting off of the brand-new price tag. So before pulling the trigger on a quality Certified Pre-owned, I opted to check the new market out. Living in Annandale I figured I'd try Jerry's to start, so I filled out a search inquiry on their website. Within an hour I received a personal call offering to setup a test drive, so I planned to drop-in the next day. That night I received an email quote with an unbelievable VIP price on an F-150 that nearly matched all my specs. The next day Angel took me out for a test drive in the very vehicle they had recommended. It was not exactly what I wanted, so Angel immediately found the precise truck I was looking for. He made it very difficult for me to walk out of the door without buying this truck, which he insisted could be shuttled over in an hour or so. Still I exercised restraint, and went home to think it over. After doing the math, I realized that for an only extra $2500 I could buy the exact brand-new model I sought rather than buying pre-owned. To me this was an easy decision. Angel Gammons and Mike Ip were a breeze to work with, and had me in my new truck immediately. So far, working with Jerry's has been golden, and I would recommend these guys to anybody. More
I will never recommend Jerry’s Ford to anyone, they have the WORSE customer service, at this place. The salesperson I spoke with, Jose chose to talk to me anyway he saw fit, (maybe because I was a female a the WORSE customer service, at this place. The salesperson I spoke with, Jose chose to talk to me anyway he saw fit, (maybe because I was a female and he was male) loud talking and over talking me as if he was trying to belittle what I knew (because I did my research thoroughly) or intimidate me to come up on my negotiation price and all this took place not far from where the manages sat. Baffled and disgusted, I left and went over to Page Chevrolet and the staff there was much friendlier and that is where I made my purchase the same day and am very happy! More

They lied to me about the condition of the car. They damaged more than they fixed when they tried to make the car run right. They refused to pay for the things they damaged on the car. Do not walk but run away! I had my vehicle serviced here and shortly there after service light appeared, went back they reset the light and said nothing wrong. SO, after we got to our destination the light came back on this time we had big problems, cost over $5000.00 to fix the problem. Went back and talk management and they said not our fault and everything is made knowing it will not last for ever. SO when you buy a FORD and get it Serviced by FORD this is their mind set. Then when I explained to the management how I would be taken care of would determine if they would have my business, I got no answer (it has been over a week now!) So if you are in the Annandale, Virginia area and need your car fixed, remember run don't walk if you see Jerry's FORD!!!! More
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. Purchased a car from them in October 2012 with a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Warranty. The company never inputted our warranty information into the Ford computer system. When our car broke down on a Wednesday in March 2013, we tried getting it repaired by another dealer, only to find out that our warranty was not in the system. When we spoke with several members of the Jerry's team, no on apologized or offered any assistance to us. Instead, they told us it would take 2 days to upload our information into the system. They sat on it for a day. We called again. They uploaded it on a Thursday afternoon. Two days now put us into the following week (since 'two days' really means 'two business days'). I requested a loaner or a rental car on several occasions to get us through the weekend and was denied every time, being told it was my problem to deal with. Ehab, a sales rep, wanted to know what I would do for them if I found out that I was wrong and did not have the 'right' warranty to cover the repair. He also told me I needed to bring my broken car to him (over an hour away) if I wanted him to help. (It was un-drivable and had already been towed to a closer dealer). Joe, their finance manager, told me that my request was like asking him, and I quote, "to put a rocket on the moon." I was going to be without a car for a minimum of 6 days, he works in the car business, and his company was at fault; yet I was asking too much??? I finally had to authorize the other dealer to fix my car at my own expense that Friday afternoon since Jerry's was not going to assist me while we waited for the warranty to 'hit their system'. $800 later my car was fixed and I was left to try to recoup my money from Ford. Jerry's still NEVER phoned me to let me know the warranty was finally activated. I waited a full week before phoning them again. As usual, no one apologized when they realized I DID in fact have a CPO warranty with full loaner car privledges, as well as towing coverage. Unbelievable - the customer WAS right yet the company did nothing to assist, before OR after the fiasco. What a terrible way to do business. Mr. Harned, the general manager, should be ashamed. After all, it was his personal secretary that hung up on me when I requested to be put through to his voicemail in an effort to get some assistance. If you're looking to purchase a Ford, go see PURVIS FORD in Fredericksburg - they will treat you with respect and have superb customer service. More
This dealer was very patient and willing to work with the price that we needed to meet. They looked around to many other dealers to try to find the color we wanted but it was unavailable and we ended up gett price that we needed to meet.
