I took my car there to fix a noise and an oil leak. I got the car back with a bunch of noises, shaking and the leaking did not stop. So basically I paid them money to make my car worse. We were looking for a 2012 Ford Focus, and had in mind exactly what options we wanted for the car before we ever visited a dealership. After test driving a Focus at another dealership, we went to Jerry's exactly what options we wanted for the car before we ever visited a dealership. After test driving a Focus at another dealership, we went to Jerry's Ford based on their solid, positive reputation, and our experience matched that reputation. Even though the dealership had several cars in stock that were close to what we wanted, but not exactly what we wanted, Dave Donley, our salesman, did not try to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. Instead, he was very helpful and informative, first searching extensively at other regional dealerships for the exact car we wanted, and then, upon not finding one, helping guide us through the custom order process. And when it came time to negotiate price, Dave gave us an excellent price for the car despite the fact that it was a special order. While waiting for the car to be built and arrive, Dave provided excellent communication regarding the status and whereabouts of the car, and even took the time to call and tell us it was being delivered, before the car was even off the truck! We simply wanted a straight-forward price over the phone and Angel delivered that in less than 15 minutes, via telephone. We were so impressed that we drove out to see the vehicle right away. He made the entire process as expedient as humanely possible, all with zero pressure. Angel understands that customers want clear information about the vehicles and pricing, and then he steps back to give you time to think about it! His approach is friendly and yet he's not fake. He's just good at his job and is good with people! I also want to say that the other employees we came into contact with at Jerry's Ford were very friendly and helpful. And let me add this, for what it's worth: Jerry's Ford isn't the flashiest business, but they give the best deals! Think about it, if a business (whether a bank or a car dealership) is palatial in appearance, where do you think the money to build and maintain that structure comes from??? YOU and me of course. Jerry's Ford is clean and well appointed but they keep the focus on what it should be on: providing the best service and pricing for their customer, versus trying to have the best kiddie amusement park, if you get my drift!
