Angel Gammons was simply outstanding! I've bought many cars over the past 30 years and Angel was the best! From the follow-up call from the receptionist before ever arriving at the dealership through the reminder letter regarding MD state inspection. I purchased the 2000 Ranger as a work truck for the company I work for. My sales person Dave Donley is very knowledgeable of Ford and the automobile industry overall. He made the buying process not only easy, but fun. Because he owns an older Ranger, he made me very comfortable with my purchase. Dave even drove my new truck back to my shop in Lanham, as I had my personal vehicle and could not drive both! My finance manager, Joe Messina, also made me 100% comfortable with my transaction and even introduced me to Gary Cohen, the executive VP. That made me feel like a very special customer. Because of the extra mile efforts of everyone I met at Jerry's of Alexandria, I will certainly highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Thank you team! More

I bought a new Fusion on 15 February 2012. I have purchased a few new new cars in my time, but my experience so far with Jerry's has been the best by far. Everyone with whom I dealt, starting from their immediate e-mail responce(to my initial price request)to my getting the car three days later was outstanding. I could not have asked for any more attention and responsiveness than I got from Angel Gammons. Even General Manger Bill Harned spent time with me to ensure that I was well taken care of, as well as to question how their service could have been made better. My thx to the Jerry's team in Alexandria, VA for a job well done. p.s... the 2012 Fusion is great too! More
After looking online at the vehicle I was interested and contacting the Jerry's via the website form, I was quickly followed up with and sent pictures of the vehicle (the website did not have actualy pictur contacting the Jerry's via the website form, I was quickly followed up with and sent pictures of the vehicle (the website did not have actualy pictures provided). From the pictures, I made the decision to head to Jerry's that night to have a look. Upon arrival, Angel was very friendly and informative of the history of the vehicle I was purchasing. I had been researching the pickup I was looking at for well over a year and Angel hit all the high points and features. I felt that it was important that it was explained that the previous owner towed with the truck because I feel that such information usually would be hidden so that the perspective owner doesn't know that it may have had some harder use in its past. This bit of information even led me to purchase an extended warranty just to cover the myself if the towing did have any negative long-term effects. After the test drive, Angel made it easy to fly through the required paperwork and I was quickly transferred over to Joe to finish the financing. Joe worked with the various lenders who knew available to get the term of the loan that I wanted and was mindful of my reasons for wanting an extended repayment term. It was also at this time I picked the extended coverage which Joe carefully explained to me. I should note that at no time was I forced or pressured to choose this coverage ... this was a welcome surprise because the upselling of extras is something I figured would end up being a part of the overall process. After the final paperwork was signed, I was able to drive my new-to-me pickup home. I made my purchase on 2/2/2012. I decided to wait a month to type my review in order to see the follow-up on the receiving of my license plates and an extra set of keys being malied to the dealership. In the key aspect, Angel was quick to inform me of when the keys came in and was able to hold them for a few weeks for me. While I would have liked to see my license plates be available a bit sooner than a day or two before the 30-day expiration period, they were at the dealership on-time for pickup. Overall, I had a very positive experience with my purchase and would be glad to work with Jerry's, Angel and Joe again. More
