Very enjoyable experience. My initial contact was with Misha. She knows how to sell and comes off very low pressure and makes you feel comfortable, in a usually uncomfortable situation of buying a car. Recently took my daughters old ford escort to get some service and found that repairing it was just not the best course of action so I decided to trade it in on a new or used vehicle. I did not feel pressured into anything during the whole process. Our salesman Angel Gammons did everything he could to show us just what we asked for and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. He was very knowledgeable about his products. Once we decided to buy we were directed to Joe Messina the Finance guy. This was my daughters first car purchase and Joe took us through the whole buying process without any problems. He worked very hard to find us the best deal for what we could afford. Joe has a very charming personality and always kept us smiling throughout the typically long process of paperwork that comes with buying a car. Even if you don't buy its worth the floor show that Joe puts on with his very quick wit. Overall excellent experience again!( bought my first Mustang from Jerry's in 1979) More

The process was painless and I was able to drive away that day with my new Ford Focus SEL. I also was impressed with the calls and emails to check on my satisfaction with the Jerry's experience.I like being able to call or email a PERSON not just a department. I was in the process of looking for a new car. I sent out a query to the Ford dealerships in the area. I got a response from Jerry's Ford (Alexandria, VA). The email was from Angel Gammons. I showed up at the appointed time. Since Angel knew what I wanted, he proceeded to show me what I had in mind. I like the fact that he did not waste my time. He was very knowlegeable of the product and very patient (not that I was asking for a lot). I made my selection and he went on to describe the features that came with the vehicle and answered the questions that I have raised. I mentioned that I would like to see a different color and he mentioned right away that there is a metallic gray in stock. I made the decision right then when I saw him pull up with the metallic gray vehicle. I did not feel pressured when I was being shown the vehicle, it just happened and all we did was converse. I have to say though that I do not enjoy going into dealership and being pressured to purchase at that particular moment. I would also like to point out that I did purchase my first Ford vehicle (Focus) from Jerry's Ford and that also contributed to my decision to purchase the vehicle from them. The treatment that I received the first time I purchased my Focus from Jerry's Ford was the same as this time around. I would also like to mention Joe Messina (Business Manager) who was very helpful and took his time in explaining my choices in financing. When I returned back to the dealership after I received notification that my official tags are in, I saw Joe Messina he asked how I like driving my new Ford Escape. In closing, I would highly recommend them. I happily drove away with my new 2012 Ford Escape. More
Worked with Angel on buying a 2012 Ford Taurus. Through my bank's buying service, I had a pre-negotiated price - so while I was happy with the price, there was no negotiating. He responded to what my needs were, and made little recommendations here and there where he thought it was important. All in all, he was very positive, courteous, and worked at ensuring that I had a car that met my needs (requirements) and that my car buying experience was quick and painless (as requested). More

I got exactly the vehicle I wanted with nothing missing and nothing that I did not want. However, how do I get free car washes like the other customers???????? More
My wife and I bought a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Jerry's Ford. We were happy with the price, as it was even lower than what USAA had guaranteed us. Mike also got us a great loan rate. Unfortunately, it Ford. We were happy with the price, as it was even lower than what USAA had guaranteed us. Mike also got us a great loan rate. Unfortunately, it all went downhill after that. Jerry's Ford told us that the warranty on this car would expire in about 1,000 miles and encouraged us to buy an extended warranty from them. It seemed like a good idea, so we did. We later found out that Hyundai's original bumper-to-bumper warranty was still good for another 40 months (four months longer than Jerry's extended warranty). Even worse, we only learned about Hyundai's warranty when our car broke down two months after we bought it. Apparently, Hyundai had issued a recall on the part that disabled the vehicle. After we got the car back from Hyundai, I went to Jerry's Ford to see what could be done. Mike Ip immediately agreed to cancel the warranty. He told me that I would lose a minimal amount (1% to 2%) on the warranty because it had already been in effect for a couple of months. That didn't really seem fair, since he never should have sold me the warranty in the first place, but I accepted it as a cost of doing business. The actual cost to me turned out to be closer to 15% of the cost of the warranty. I asked Mike for compensation for the car I had to while the Hyundai was being repaired and he referred me to Bill Harned. Bill stormed out of his office grumbling about how I was trying to blackmail him (I had told Mike and Angel, the assistant manager, that I would complain to USAA if I wasn't satisfied with Jerry's compensation for my expenses) and said he had no responsibility for knowing about other manufacturers' recalls, even though he owned the car at the time of the recall. He eventually agreed to compensate me for roughly half of the cost of the rental car. He told me to contact him the following week to pick up the check. I sent him two e-mails (including one asking about compensation for the cost of the warranty) and neither he nor Mike Ip responded. My wife and I have accepted that we will not get our money back for the warranty we never should have bought or for the rental car, but at least we can try to make sure others do not suffer the same fate. I just know in my heart we should have waited to purchase cause closer to the end of the year we probably would have gotten an even better deal. We've bought 4 vehicles from Jerry's Ford and it's very convenient to where we live. The manager Bill H (forget his last name) was very nice - he even gave me a bow for the car - but I returned it because I only wanted it to take photos with the bow to post on facebook. More
