I needed a car, but had bad credit and finally was able to secure a loan. Jerry's Ford was one of the dealers I could use. I had not planned on visiting the dealer, however I received 2 calls from Edward, to secure a loan. Jerry's Ford was one of the dealers I could use. I had not planned on visiting the dealer, however I received 2 calls from Edward, both very professional and friendly. That was the reason I went to the dealer today. I am so glad I did. Ed was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Ed was able to work with his staff to get be a rate and monthly payment I could afford. There was no pressure and I was able to relay my needs and concerns. All car sales people should take a lesson from Ed!! I left with a beautiful car and a sound mind and soul that I purchased a quality car that I could afford. To Ed and Bill, thank you so much!! More

I had my Navigator towed to Jerrys service to have new keys made (I lost them). It was $200 (not counting towing) , but I needed it to get it working so I could make to trip to the Airport (going to Mex keys made (I lost them). It was $200 (not counting towing) , but I needed it to get it working so I could make to trip to the Airport (going to Mexico) in a couple days. Jim, and Ali said no problem. It arrived, and they began cutting keys and programming them and next thing I know there were unable to complete the task, and I had to rush to try and borrow a vehicle to get to the Airport (what a hastle). While away, I contacted Jerry Service and Ali said they were unable to program the keys and suggested a new control module to the tune of a couple hundred dollars. Not being one to buckle easily, I suggested they go back and look again and explain to me how a control module that had to work previously the last time I drive the car, had suddenly gone bad with the only usage was the technician trying to program it. When I arrived in Mexico, I called back, and was told the situation was resolved, and it was only a “broken wire”, and there would be no extra charge. Ok, bait and switch avoided. Since there was no extra charge, I did not ask how a wire got broken that would have rendered the vehicle inoperative. I was still frustrated that they did not have it back to me as promised so I could have used it on my trip. When I returned from my trip, I picked up the vehicle, and drove it home. Two days later I go to drive it, and the right front air suspension is collapsed, and the tire sitting on the fender. I called and left a message for he service Rep Ali to give me a call, bit no call back. I did it again, and left a message asking what if anything might have happened there that might be associated with my new problem. No answer. I wrote a letter to their online at their website for some customer service and explained the problem. I got a call back the next day, but it was from a sales coordinator thinking I wanted to buy a car (did they even read it ??). When I explained the situation to this person, they responded with embarrassment that they would ensure that management would see my letter and get in contact with me. This last exchange happened 10 days ago! Now my air suspension has been finicky in the past, but not like this, and never left the car undriveable. Do these two situation prove any underhandedness,… the answer is no. Is it somewhat questionable, perhaps. Does it prove very poor customer service to completely ignore my inquiry, ABSOLUTLY! I’m not a 20 yr old kid, I’m in my 40s, a professional, live within sight of the pentagon, work for DOD (not to mention a degree in Mechanical Engineering). Head my warning, consider another Ford service before venturing over to Jerrys. More

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, UNRESPONSIVE (YES, AGGRESSIVE AND UNRESPONSIVE AT ONCE!)AND DISHONEST! ALL AROUND TERRIBLE. I RECIEVED 4 CALLS IN A 30 MINUTE TIME FRAME FROM THEM BUT THEN COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ONE PERSON TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THEY DESCRIBED A CAR THAT THEY DID NOT IN FACT HAVE IN INVENTORY AND WHEN THESE ISSUES WERE BROUGHT UP TO MANAGEMENT IN A DISAPPOINTED BUT FAR FROM RUDE EMAIL, I WAS TOLD THAT HE, BILL HARNED (MANAGER), WAS "HAPPY THAT I CHOSE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! CONSIDERING THIS IS SALES IN A BAD ECONOMY - I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW CUSTOMERS WERE TREATED. AND, IF YOU ARE A SERVICE MEMBER OR FEDERAL CREDIT UNION MEMBER AND HAVE DEALINGS WITH THEM - PLEASE LET USAA KNOW AS I DID. USAA USUALLY DOES NOT WORK WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS AND HOPEFULLY WILL REALIZE THE MISTAKE SOON. More

2003 Ford Explorer/130+K miles. Went in for new tires. Got my car back with new Michelins and new alignment. On ride home car had steering issues, swaying. Returned car to dealership next day. Art of the svc dept advised nothing is wrong with the car even though I explained in great detail my concern. In short, I was not satisfied with the treatment that I received from him following the initial service. Although, to his credit he handled the tire/alignment repair with great professionalism. Left with no other option, I had to complain to Dealership managment (Bill) who quickly took me into his office. Treated me as a valued longtime customer even though this was my first time at this dealership. I was assured there would be a new set of eyes and hands on my vehicle. Steve the service manager assigned my car to Aly. Returned the next day with car and eventually the problem was found, Rear hub assembly was shot. I was provided with a free rental for a few days until the part could be obtained and repairs made. Car now rides like new again. If only Art had not dismissed my concerns and not treated me like an inconvenience I would have been 100% satisfied with the service and given it 5star ratings. Highly recommend this dealership as they treated me well overall and perhaps Art was merely having a bad day. More

The worst dealership I have ever worked with. I purchased a E150 Econoline from this dealership and was lied to from the start. Vehicle was unsafe to drive due to rear brake system not properly in purchased a E150 Econoline from this dealership and was lied to from the start. Vehicle was unsafe to drive due to rear brake system not properly installed and bearings in the rear end were seazed. Dealership packed them full of bearing grease so that you would not hear the metal against metal grinding. Everything came apart after 100 miles of driving and the vehicle had a passed safety inspection sticker. I had a mechanic fix all of the issues and went to the dealership to try and talk man to man to resolve the issues and try to recoupe some of the repair bill. The assistance I received was less than helpful and I was told that the dealership knowingly sold a unsafe vehicle and that the van did not pass a state inspection. This dealership did not disclose any issues with me and are more interested in making a buck rather than taking care of their customers. Again, buyer beware at this dealership because they are selling lemons as if they are oranges. More

Price seemed to be good, but car ended up having massive problems, and we ended up with a LEMON. Bought a used oldsmobile. Within an hour of driving off the lot, problems started. $1250 in repairs later be problems, and we ended up with a LEMON. Bought a used oldsmobile. Within an hour of driving off the lot, problems started. $1250 in repairs later because of car accelerating unexpectely, steering R&P needed replaced, all brakes needed replaced, window regulator replaced; transmission jerking and expected to be an additional $450 to $1500 or MORE. I am 55 years old and have a reputable and experienced mechanic. When confronted with all these problems, manager basically said, too bad! Car was on the road for 1 week (to find out what was happening when), but has been in the shop for 3 weeks and counting. We're looking at minimum $1800 and potential of $3k being spent on repairs for this car, which at first sight was fairly well cared for and in great shape, but is turning out to be a nightmare. For used cars, BUYER BEWARE!! I can't speak for their practices with new cars. Thanks for allowing us to tell our story. More

After talking to several dealerships in the area I was astonished at the extreme professionalism I found at Jerrys Ford! I came in for my appointment a few minutes early and was promptly greeted by Bill Harned the General Manager. I was impressed that even though it is a large dealership the General Manager himself took the time to greet me and even sat with me in his office just talking while the salesman pulled the vehicle up for me, I almost forgot I was buying a car :) angel was very knowledgable about the vehicle and it was exactly what I wanted. When it came time to finalize my paper work I was introduced to a very professional young woman named Sarah. She helped me go through all my options and very patiently helped me figure out what the best one was for me. I would DEFINATLY recommend the dealership!!!! More
