I bought a new car at Kern late last year. I had reasonable expectations and got exactly what I wanted without any runaround or games or hassles. Overall a great buying experience. Also, I have the two-year service plan and so far it's been really good. All the people are helpful are friendly. Kern seems to have a very good rep around town. I'm pretty certain I'll be replacing my other vehicle at Kern in the near future. More
