My trip to this dealership last weekend was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Despite being told that I just at the 'shopping around' phase, my salesman (Steve Pennington) was excessivel worst experiences that I have ever had. Despite being told that I just at the 'shopping around' phase, my salesman (Steve Pennington) was excessively pushy and actually made me uncomfortable. When I tried to address concerns I had about the car, he talked over me and never acknowledged my concerns. He kept repeating "what will it take to get you into this car today?" This despite the fact that I made it clear that I was just looking. I finally got up and left with Steve and then several other people following me, continuing to badger me. Steve followed me out into the parking lot where I told him that he was way too aggressive but that didn't seem to faze him. I would strongly recommend not visiting this dealership. I had wanted to stick with Toyota, but this experience convinced me to switch to a different brand. I highly recommend the Subaru dealership down the street. My experience there was the polar opposite. My salesman was friendly and helpful & the entire experience was very pleasant. More

Brake repair...NOT! Went in for a routine oil change. Told me I needed rear brakes/pads..$491.00. I trusted my gut and went to another garage and they told me there was n Went in for a routine oil change. Told me I needed rear brakes/pads..$491.00. I trusted my gut and went to another garage and they told me there was nothing wrong and I did NOT need brakes. They charged me $21 for labor, that's it!! Called the manager, told me to come and they would show me. I have purchased 3 cars and multiple services.....NO more!!! While I was getting my oil changed I overheard another serviceman try to scam a lady but she was smart enough not to fall for it!!! Stay local and don't waste your $$$ on the big dealerships for service!!!! More

They lie from first contact. Beware go some place else to spend your money. Stay away!! Management called a day later to see why I did not buy. I told them about the unethical behavior. So nice, we bought twice! We purchased a 2018 RAV4 from Malloy in August. It was a great experience and we had outstanding customer service from start to finish. Craig, Kevin, and Alex were a delight to work with. Fast forward to a month later and I’m at the dealership getting a detailing done and picking up plates. And taking a look at getting a Highlander! Once again, great experience, fantastic work from Brandon, Craig, Alex and Bianca. Wound up with 2 Toyotas in a month. The vehicles are great, the dealership is awesome and we will definitely be back for all our maintenance and car needs. More

He responded quickly, provided information when asked, and was flexible when we needed to change plans for coming in. When we got to the dealership, we worked with Craig to complete the deal. The vehicle Kevin had secured for us wasn't there yet (which we knew when we came in) and Craig kindly showed us another RAV4 in a different color when we asked about it. We ended up buying the one on site, saving everyone some trouble! Unfortunately something was going on in the finance area (we had our financing lined up, so it wasn't an issue on our end) and we ended up being at the dealership longer than we should have been considering there was no negotiating or test driving necessary. While we waited, Craig helped entertain the kids and deal with our impatience. At the end of the day, we drove away with the car we wanted at a great price. It was a good experience and we will definitely be back. More
