Frank the salesman was available at the appropriate time. He discussed the features of the 2014 Escape and took us on our test drive. Negotiation was painless. We discussed what we could do and the dealership worked hard to get us there. We left with a new car that night! We returned the next day to sign all papers that were already prepared. The plates were ready the following day. It was a win-win situation for all involved. More
