A total horror show from the get go. Unhelpful, underhanded. The only bright spot the finance and service departments. I will never ever purchase a car from them again. If you aren't rich, they don't want you. They only want ppl who are there to buy the 70k Buick/GMCs. I felt like I was bothering my salesman.
