Purchasing or leasing a vehicle 5 stars but when a dealership has no after market service they get dropped to one star. I have a 2023 4xe hybrid wrangler. Not a cheap car. The charger has stopped wor dealership has no after market service they get dropped to one star. I have a 2023 4xe hybrid wrangler. Not a cheap car. The charger has stopped working 2x in recent months. Last time it took 3 days for them to replace the malfunctioning part I called today 12/26 and told their first appointment to fix a repeat problem is February 2. Epic fail. I am a repeat purchaser at this dealership but will not be back for a third time More

I know it would've been a better experience if had not been such a long wait to be seen and to get parts. Knowing it's not your fault there was a strike going on. And alot of people ahead of me. I wouldn’t want their job! I commend the service staff for their dedication and professionalism they portray when dealing with their clients. The fact they depend on parts bein I commend the service staff for their dedication and professionalism they portray when dealing with their clients. The fact they depend on parts being delivered within a reasonable amount of time to service a vehicle, however, not alway the case. The dealer ship, would be great but the way they keep changing the story about how long my jeep will take to repaint ( recall issue) is ridiculous. They first told me 8 weeks, then a year and now almost changing the story about how long my jeep will take to repaint ( recall issue) is ridiculous.
