I am not a regular customer of tis dealership. I did not buy my Jeep form this dealership. However, when I had a service issue, the dealership accepted me as a walk-in, and made me feel as if it valued my business. Joe in Service was exceptionally courteous, professional, effective (he provided an immediate solution, and arranged for additional service the next day - he was prepared to provide same-day service, but I needed my vehicle and couldn't leave it for service until the next day), and informative as to the cost estimate for full repair.
The service experience was so extraordinary that I will come to this dealership first when it is time to replace my Jeep - even though it is not conveniently located to my home. The Service Department was that good.
