Here's a chronicle of my waste of time experience with this terrible manchester harley davidson dealer. I inquired about a bike found on their website. Then I was bombarded with spammy texts, emails, and phone calls. After I responded I was told to visit and they would show me the bike. After a substantial commute I arrived the next day only to be told they couldn't find the bike and they thought it was sold (bait and switch tactics). They then started to push bikes on me. Although it was well over my budget that I mentioned to the very green sales person, I test drove a bike and liked it. They made me sit for 2 hours haggling on a price...I finally made an offer that was only $500 below their price that was refused. So after a 3 hour visit I left. The next day I decided for $500 I would meet their price if they were able to add a passenger back rest. After more waiting on the phone their staff came back and said "they would work something out". I agreed and the rep asked for a $500 deposit. She then put me on hold. After taking me off hold she stated that her sales manager demanded I be there in an hour to make the purchase. I then said earliest I could be there was tomorrow. She said she's off. I said okay how about Tuesday. She said okay. Another long hold on the phone. She comes back and states the sales manager reneged on the deal and said you can't put a deposit down and needed to come in within an hour!? At this point I was very jaded by this xxxx poor customer experience. I wasted a lot of time enduring just about every frowned upon sales tactic with these jokers. If you want to waste time and be strong armed, pressured into a deal then this is the place for you. I'm taking my well qualified buying xxx elsewhere where a customer is treated with respect. More

I had a great experience working with Fit Specialist Hanna M. We went through all possible scenarios to get to the bike I was comfortable with. My husband and I have bought three bikes from this dealership before it was sold and we had nothing but great luck. Now they send us all these ads to get 115% above book value etc. We take the time to dealership before it was sold and we had nothing but great luck. Now they send us all these ads to get 115% above book value etc. We take the time to drive the hour there and get in there and they don’t even offer us book value on our bikes. They talk the talk but they don’t walk the walk. They offered me only 1000 above what I owed on my bike and my bikes book value was almost 6000 more than what I owed. They play this bait and switch game with you that they never did before when it was under the other owners. Then they tried to talk circles around me with the numbers like you’re an idiot. We still love the service department Jaime is awesome he gets the work done when he says he’ll get it done and if there’s something wrong he will make sure it is corrected. But as far as the sales goes I would not trust them at all, I would rather drive two hours in the other direction to go to a different Harley dealer before I would even consider buying another Harley from them. This dealership has gone downhill since it was bought out by the owners of High octane in Massachusetts. So sad considering we have purchased three bikes from them and we will never buy another. More

Had a great experience working with Zach P and taking a test ride. Did not end up leaving with a bike as I couldn’t find the right one for me that day. The only complaint I have is the lack of freedom the test ride. Did not end up leaving with a bike as I couldn’t find the right one for me that day. I purchased a bike at this location under different management and I worked with one person all the way until financing rather than having another sales rep tossed into the mix to get prices which made for a much easier purchase process. I was basically pushed into purchasing the bike I ended up with. Their tactics is pretty much forcing a sale on a person. They refuse to show prices and even with a trade in I realized after the fact I end up with. Their tactics is pretty much forcing a sale on a person. They refuse to show prices and even with a trade in I realized after the fact I ended up paying more than the bike is actually worth. I let them talk me into buying the bike and that was my fault. But they are extremely deceitful. They delivered the bike with an empty tank, even though I was promised a full tank (I'm supposedly a VIP customer) tank empty, bike was not actually clean from sitting in stock. I brought the bike down to get gas and was told sorry they had none. Worse business practice all around. Never again will I purchase from this location!! More
