I knew what I wanted before I got there and Michael showed me all the reviews and information on the Fit. I was very definite about a color I wanted that they did not have at the dealership. Michael was able to find it and have it ready for me in a couple days! The only reason I rated the customer service at good rather than great is that I don't feel they are great about reading and answering emails. I would definitely suggest phone calls rather than email. I love my new Fit and I'm sure it will be well used for many years! More
