Bring back the small town dealership. Bigger isn’t always better. You want customers to be loyal to you. But your not loyal to your customers. You treat your longtime loyal customers the same as a new customer. I’ve purchased four Mazda’s from Carter Mazda. You forced me to go to another dealership. Your lost not mine. I now have a new 2023 CX-9. The exact car I wanted to buy from you.

If that's what you want to believe. That's good for you. trust me when I say you are not. That's why I ended up buying my new CX-9 at Central Mazda. You surely don't treat your customers like the Carter family did. Enjoy your holiday's. You have become a big conglomerate like to many other car dealers.

Also please explain how Central Mazda was able to provide the deal I was looking for and you weren't. That tells me what I was asking for wasn't out of line. So you can spin it how ever you want to make you feel good about your Dealership. But at the end of the day. You failed to complete the sale that Central was able to.
