My girlfriend were looking for a new CX-5 in Nov 2017, the momen This is a long over due comment that we owe the nice people in Mazda of Manchester. My girlfriend were looking for a new CX-5 in Nov 2017, the moment we stepped out the car, Mr. Dave Small was already standing in the cold wind and holding the door for us. From that moment, we already know this is a dealership who really cares about its customer. Dave was friendly and patient, he explained all the features of the car and terms of the deal. We also met the friendly managers Lisa, Mark and Brandon, who were willing to consider our situation and offered us a great deal. So everything went well, we planned to pick up the car on Nov.22nd. Then it comes the best part of the story... On the pick up day, when we were going through the documentations with Mark, my girlfriend realized she lost the title of the car to be traded in... In order to get a duplicate, it will take at least another month since the trade in vehicle was registered in another state... It was such a frustrated moment... To our surprise, the nice folks at Mazda of Manchester offered comfort words and said they were willing to wait for us. Wow! I am not sure how many dealers today are willing to hold the car for customers for another month, which will hurt their inventory cost, not to mention the risk involved with it. But Mazda of Manchester did just that in order to take the best care of its customer! So eventually we picked our car on Dec.30th. The car looks beautiful! The Soul Red Crystal Metallic color just looks stunning! The CX-5 handles snow and ice like a tank! We had so much fun with it!!! Because of the friendly and professional people we met there, I started to bring my own vehicle there for maintenance. Btw, they did a great job on that as well! All in all, if you are looking for a Mazda in CT, you can't go wrong with Mazda of Manchester! Best car dealership experience ever! More

First Time Here I went in originally to look at a 2017 model. When the 2017 model I was looking for did not fit my budget, Rich Sika (the salesperson I worked with) s I went in originally to look at a 2017 model. When the 2017 model I was looking for did not fit my budget, Rich Sika (the salesperson I worked with) suggested a used car. Although that was not what I wanted, I took a few days to think about it and contacted Rich again. He helped me find a used car in my budget with everything that I wanted. During the test drive, I fell in love!! I absolutely love my new car and am thankful for Rich and the rest of the Mazda of Manchester team for their help. I felt comfortable, no pressure, and was happy from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and truly made me feel like family.
