First Time Here I went in originally to look at a 2017 model. When the 2017 model I was looking for did not fit my budget, Rich Sika (the salesperson I worked with) s I went in originally to look at a 2017 model. When the 2017 model I was looking for did not fit my budget, Rich Sika (the salesperson I worked with) suggested a used car. Although that was not what I wanted, I took a few days to think about it and contacted Rich again. He helped me find a used car in my budget with everything that I wanted. During the test drive, I fell in love!! I absolutely love my new car and am thankful for Rich and the rest of the Mazda of Manchester team for their help. I felt comfortable, no pressure, and was happy from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and truly made me feel like family. I definitely plan on returning, as well as referring family and friends, to Mazda of Manchester! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! More

I don't like to be made a liar. Because of a few issues (the details of which I won't get into here because I know that things happen) you offered me a discount, which I appreciated Because of a few issues (the details of which I won't get into here because I know that things happen) you offered me a discount, which I appreciated and accepted gladly, only to find while signing that only a part of what was promised was applied. I didn't make a big thing of it, I still went ahead with the purchase but I mentioned it to the sales person -Ron Sloan - (very friendly and efficient), who must have passed it on to you. To then get a call from you only to tell me how you would NEVER have given the discount and that I was wrong??? I guess gone are the days when people actually did what they SAID they would do. Because of this, added to numerous issues during the process of trying making this purchase, I will never be able to recommend you or this dealership. It shouldn't take 5 days to buy a car. If the owner wants to call me directly I will be happy to answer questions, if not, that's fine by me too. Sorry..... More
