Dave kept me posted on the status of availability, and when it was time to purchase the car, it was hassle free. ( As an aside, other dealerships I solicited in trying to obtain a price for the car either did not respond at all, or only answered my questions in very general terms; their language was carefully crafted to avoid specifics.) Fran worked with me "for a few weeks" until we found the car I was looking for. Went to a a few other dealerships including Mitchell Ford, where I had to make the deal at that moment or they wouldn't hold the price for me, I don't due business like that. Fran told me where my cost was going to come in and it was spot on, "NO hidden fees"!!! I do my research and their prices are great! Thanks again FRAN, unil next time!! More
