Gotta love this place! I knew I wanted a CX-5, preferably used. I started by doing a search online with Chase Bank (who I have 2 credit cards with) and the TrueCar search e I knew I wanted a CX-5, preferably used. I started by doing a search online with Chase Bank (who I have 2 credit cards with) and the TrueCar search engine was very helpful. I eventually ran into a used blue CX-5 and put in an inquiry through the dealer website. Though I didn't actually end up working with her in the car buying process, Lisa Friedrich e-mailed me very quickly and was kind enough to refer me to Brandon. When I went in to look at the inventory and test drive a vehicle, I was greeted by Ron Sloan. We sat down and I went over what I was looking for, and then Brandon came out of his office a few minutes later and introduced himself. I immediately felt at home just from speaking with the two of them, and they introduced me to a jet black CX-5 Grand Touring, which eventually became mine! Ron was very understanding of me and my situation, and I realized that if nothing else, I was dealing with a genuinely great team who knew how to make a customer feel welcome. The test drive was amazing. It was a bit overwhelming at first, getting into an almost brand new vehicle with state of the art features. I used to drive a 2001 Toyota Camry, which I enjoyed thoroughly for 10 years. Sitting in the driver's seat of my CX-5 was like being introduced to a whole new culture of automobiles. Heated seats, dual climate controls, blind side mirror warnings, navigation system and so much more! After the drive, I couldn't help but drop a deposit and say "I want this...I NEED this." With snow, ice and other hazardous weather conditions that can happen at any time, it really was time to upgrade to All Wheel Drive. 4 days later, I returned to the dealership and was prepared to pick up my newly Simonized CX-5, which had completed its 150 point inspection and was ready to come home with me. Mark, the financial manager, went over in great detail what I'd be paying each month and answered all my questions with no hesitation. It was good to also finally meet Lisa, after our e-mail conversation. After a few final details, Ron once again came out to make sure I knew all that I needed to know about the car, its engine and the dashboard (controls). After taking one last look at the old Camry and visiting the service department briefly, I took my amazing new (yes, it's used, but still) CX-5 home. I would just like to thank everyone that I met at Mazda of Manchester, and I look forward to a long relationship with the company! Eric More

VERY SATISFIED!!!! My old car (also a Mazda) was hit by a deer on 12/20/16. My insurance company deemed the car "totaled", which is why I found myself back at Mazda of Manchester where I had purchased the '09 model. The '09 Mazda was a terrific car....prior to the deer of course. Rich Sika was absolutely terrific!!! He allowed me a very generous test drive, which proved invaluable. I say that because my '09 Mazda had a standard transmission, while my replacement Mazda is an automatic with all the bells and whistles. I must say that while I'm not a big fan of all the "modern" technology, Rich was invaluable in helping me understand the various updated features. He was also kind enough to fix my Mazda license plate holder (the very special "ZOOM ZOOM" model.....that's the ultimate in personal service....thanks Rich!!!!! The dealership offered me a fair price and based I my previous experience with Mazda (this is my third) I expect to be driving this model for a VERY LONG, LONG TIME!!!!!! He took his time and made sure I knew all of the features that the car had to offer and how to access them. You can tell he is very experienced starting with his test drive. He had a path for us to follow that had a mix of highway, hills and winding backroads. Other test drives I went on, the salesman just let me do a simple loop. Rich wanted to make sure I had a good feeling on how the car would handle on different streets and highways. He was very patient when I was choosing the color options for the car and even took me to see different color combinations. I never felt like he was trying to upsell or rush me. I would definitely recommend Rich to my friends (and already have). Fantastic experience! More

He has a great low-pressure style and is extremely responsive to all of my questions. Whenever I have my car serviced, I stop by and see Rich. He's always friendly and takes time to catch up with me. When I was considering upgrading, I went straight to Rich and he worked with me to get the best price for my trade-in. This is not the closest dealer to where I live, but it's worth the extra mile. My 1st Mazda Bought my Mazda 6 a week ago. The experience was great..a little bumpy because of the bank but it was great. Fran was simply amazing and knowledgeable Bought my Mazda 6 a week ago. The experience was great..a little bumpy because of the bank but it was great. Fran was simply amazing and knowledgeable. She let us have an extended test drive, which was very nice of her. The best thing I loved about her and the place (and in my opinion what differentiated them from other dealerships) was that I was not pressurized into buying a car. Mark worked with us through out the financing process and after a week of to and fro with the bank, got the deal done for us. I simply love my Mazda 6!!! More
