The experience of selecting and buying "the right" new car can be overwhelming, but Mazda of Manchester and Rich Sika made the process a pleasant one. I had visited several other dealers around the state, but returned to Mazda of Manchester to buy my car. Rich and his colleagues made me feel that I was dealing with honest and forthright people. They never exerted pressure during the process and did not present "convoluted numbers" when arriving at the sale price. When buyers invest thousands of dollars on a new car, it's nice to feel guided by a friend, not an individual with a "sales pitch". Even after the sale was finalized, Rich spent a great deal of time walking me through the operations of the infotainment system and other basics I should know about my car.
