Prior to this experience I had gone to two other dealers to check out new leases. The first dealer saw me and with that saw a grad student with no money who wasn't worth their time. The next dealer gave me a great deal for a great car but it wasn't clear to me that their salespeople knew everything about their cars. My last stop was Mazda of Manchester, and I really fell in love with the Mazda3. Rich took me on a test drive and taught me about the car. This was the first salesperson who took the time to talk about something other than the color, which I appreciated. Rich gave me undivided attention, understood my needs,was incredibly helpful, and most importantly kind! Thank you Mazda of Manchester, I finally feel safe in my car! Mark in finance was also nice and kept me posted on the financial aspect. More

Best car buying experience ever! I went into Mazda of Manchester and met Lorraine Mumby....... she is sooooooo nice. They were busy so the owner himself evaluated my trade. Lorraine and I started talking prices (I already knew what I wanted) and in less then an half hour we found one that worked for both of us. Lorraine kept in touch with me by email the whole time, letting me know I was approved, they found the car I wanted and then when it came in. When I picked up my car Lorraine sat with me for an hour showing me all the features. I think she was almost more excited than me!!!!! More

The car sold itself to me online, when I was looking at all my options, that I had out there. Upon walking in, the atmosphere was welcoming and I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. With the price and options, I am very pleased with my first time car buying experience with them. The only issue I had was that the model and package option, that I had chosen did not come in a standard, stick shift option. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the service I had received from Mazda of Manchester :o) More

Overcharged I had to schedule service appointment today I was told a few days ago it would be $48 an hour.I have a 2016 CX5. The service I had done on my vehicle I had to schedule service appointment today I was told a few days ago it would be $48 an hour.I have a 2016 CX5. The service I had done on my vehicle today was front and rear splash guards door sill plates and a rear bumper guard I was informed it would take two hours and $48 an hour for a total of $96 plus tax Grand total was $112.31 vehicle was in the shop from 11:44 AM to 12:47 PM I should've been charged $48 plus tax if Mazda of Manchester continues this practice from the service department I will take my Mazda and have it serviced somewhere else that's just a rip off. So I was charged $112.31 for an hour and three minutes worth of work if they want to keep my business and they should compensate me for those three minutes it's the principle not the money More
