First Rate Service I dealt with 7 different salesmen at 5 different dealerships during my car search, and Rich was hands down the best. He answered all my questions (bot I dealt with 7 different salesmen at 5 different dealerships during my car search, and Rich was hands down the best. He answered all my questions (both embarrassingly inane and decidedly detailed, going so far as to take me to the service department to get one particularly unusual question answered), and took me for multiple test drives in rather similar cars. He gave me plenty of time to be confident I was making the right decision, never trying to apply any pressure to buy before I was ready. Lisa and Mark were quite easy to work with on the financing, and Lisa made things as easy as possible with all the reams of paperwork buying/financing a car entails. She was also admirably patient sitting and waiting for me to read every line of the various agreements. I can also now say that the service department is easy to work with as I managed to drive over a screw after less than a week. While removing a screw and patching a tire isn't the most challenging situation the service department did make it a straightforward and painless experience. More

I have been looking to buy/lease my first car for the past few months and decided to check out Mazda of Manchester because it is close to where I will be moving. Rich was very professional, but personable and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured to look at cars outside my budget like I had experienced with many other dealerships I had been to. He knew which deals/rebates were valid and because of this, I ended up leasing a car that I did not originally consider...and I LOVE it. Since I have no previous experience with buying or leasing cars, Rich was exceptionally helpful in explaining each step along the way. He even went the extra mile to contact my insurance company and give them the information for the new car so all I had to do was approve the change. Before I drove off, Rich made sure to sit with me and go over every function of the car from windshield wipers and headlights to how to respond to my text messages through the connect infotainment system - very important so I felt confident that I wouldn't be distracted while driving as I tried to get comfortable with the new controls. Mark and Lisa were extremely helpful as well and Mark made sure to explain everything clearly and notify me of all my additional options for service protection prior to signing. Thank you! More

From first contact with Michelle Dougela of internet sales, to Rich Sika on the floor, as well as Mark Smith in finance, this was as pleasurable an experience as car buying can be. After leaving several local dealerships unsatisfied, I extended myself beyond my immediate area because the pricing at Mazda of Manchester was attractive and because they had the features I was seeking in the vehicle. Rich put my wife and I at ease and gave us special attention in explaining the latest technology and options. He also facilitated a loaner car several days later as my new vehicle was being detailed with a glass coat finish and interior upholstery treatment. It doesn't end there. Rich has made several follow up calls to ensure all is going well with the new vehicle and he is always available for any questions I may have.
