This time was completely different. The crew at Mazda of Manchester (specifically Rich & Bob) made the whole process extremely easy. This was the experience that everyone wants! There was no pressure, there was no cross-sell. Thanks to S-Plan (Go MazdaSpeed MotorSports Development!), there wasn't even negotiations, just a fair price for both sides of the fence. It was perfect, especially for someone like my wife who hates the whole "sales process". While I was there, I had my Rx-8 in for a bit of service, and the service crew seemed really great as well.
