I just had a great experience buying a car. Let me say that again. I just had a great experience buying a car. To me buying a car used to mean preparing for battle with the sales person, then the sales ma that again. I just had a great experience buying a car. To me buying a car used to mean preparing for battle with the sales person, then the sales manager and finally the business manager. In this case, Mazda of Manchester (CT) was completely different. Their web site was comprehensive and up-to-date. When I called they indicated that the cars I was interested in would be available for review. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed all three used cars were in front of the sales office ready for inspection and possibly a test drive. Kate, the sales person, greeted me, asked for details of what I was interested in and then offered to show me each car. I did a test drive with two of the cars. They were in immaculate condition. Both cars met my needs so I sat down with Kate to discuss pros and cons of each in relation to their price. I had checked Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book so I was ready to battle about the price. The Mazda of Manchester prices for both cars and my trade in were right on target with the prices I had hoped to negotiate. After we agreed on the price, Kate told me that they were going to put on new tires and windshield wipers as well as replace a malfunctioning key remote – all free of charge. One more thing, I had the car inspected by my mechanic. He found a slightly cracked air conditioning belt that Mazda agreed to replace. Mazda of Manchester has completely changed my thoughts on buying a car. I recommend them enthusiastically. More

I went to this dealership on the advice of a friend and I was very impressed by how attentive the staff was and how comfortable I felt with this dealership. Joe Hawley was in the parking lot when we arrived to "just look". He asked me questons re: what car I was interested in, and suggested the Mazda 3. He then had me test drive the car. I liked that he was not being pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle. He had me test drive the car and showed me the bells and whistles, which I really like. The following day I decided to purchase the Maza 3 that I'd test driven. Joe was not at the dealership that day, however I had plenty of help from the staff in walking through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Again, nothing pushy, but staff who were very helpful and informative. I was very impressed with the sales people, as well as the other employees who handle payments etc. I felt very comfortable buying from this dealership, alhough there is one closer to where I live! I am well aware that everyone wants to make a sale, but their knowledge of the vehicle I wanted and the fact that they were helpful but not pushing me to buy from them, made me feel comfortable. I also was glad that they had th color of car that I wanted. More

I'm only 21 and i was looking for a car that i could finance by myself with absolutely no credit. Somehow these guys managed to get their bank to agree to financing $18,000 to some kid with absolutely n finance by myself with absolutely no credit. Albeit the rate i have is ridiculous, and my insurance rates are even worse, my overall experience with Jow Hawley and Michelle Jette were nothing but great. More
I visited this dealership with the intention of just checking out the features in a Mazda 3 Grand iTouring. Dave was very accommodating and allowed me to take one on a test drive. We discussed the pros and cons of the iTouring and Grand iTouring trims. The whole time Dave was very friendly and never pushed me to make a purchase. In the end I purchased an iTouring. Dave was very pleasant to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. I dealt with Harold, the business manager once they saw that I was serious about purchasing the car. Harold was very knowledgeable about the whole process and made light work of things I thought would be big problems. He was also very honest with me. I think I got a fair deal, Overall I had a good buying experience with Mazda of Manchester. More
I initially went into this dealership to look at a used car and I first worked with Pat. After visiting several other dealerships, I decided to come back to look at the new Mazda 3 and ended up purchasing car and I first worked with Pat. After visiting several other dealerships, I decided to come back to look at the new Mazda 3 and ended up purchasing a 2012. The Mazda 3 had everything I was looking for in a car, both mechanically and visually. In my return, I worked with Michelle and Dave who were both knowledgeable and professional. I was able to work closely with Michelle over financing and we were able to come up with a reasonable plan that was within my budget. I also had specific requirements and they were able to find the car that I wanted in a dealership in NH n wihch they were able to bring it down in just a few days. I was very happy to be able to drive out in the time frame I initially came in with. Dave was friendly and took the time to go over the specifics of my car. By the time I left the dealership, I was secure in the fact that I made the correct decision and I am still very happy when I get behind the wheel. I also like the fact that I can bring my car down to be washed for life at any time. I have recommended Mazda to my friends and talked about how pleasing and non pressuring my experience was. More
I was originally not interested in Mazda vehicle, but my son influenced me to try the CX-5. Doing so at Mazda of Manchester was a no-brainer for me because the parent company (Carter) was one that I had de son influenced me to try the CX-5. I was not disappointed for my choices, deciding to buy the CX-5 after test drive. I was particularly impressed by Stacey for her knowledge of cars in general and the Mazda vehicles in particular. Lisa was key individual for finding and securing the vehicle I wanted from another New England dealership. The final purchase process with Harold and the good discussion with Steve when ordering a shop manual were icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone. More

He was VERY knowledgeable and walked me through everything the car had to offer. It didn't take me long to decide I wanted to buy from him. The day after I met with him I came back and told him I wanted a new Mazda fully loaded. He gave me exactly what i wanted, it was a smooth and stress free process. I would rocemmend anyone to that dealer and specifically Joe. More
