I was really unsure of what kind of car and they did not pressure me at all. They did not call me 1000 times to follow up. They where all professional and Kris was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Because of Kris I bought my car from him and I would send friends and family's to see him if they are looking for a car. I really mean this I am still getting cars from other dealerships trying to sell me cars still after letting them know I already bought a car. Negative car buying experience My salesman, Dave was great. The manager, Brandon was kind of rude, short and had a “know it all” personality. When I picked up my car I figured it wo My salesman, Dave was great. The manager, Brandon was kind of rude, short and had a “know it all” personality. When I picked up my car I figured it would be clean inside (common sense, right?) it still had dog nose prints on the windows and crumbs in the cup holder. I called and told them and they had me bring it in. I figured they would detail it, nope. 20 minutes later they said I was all set, just to find that all they did was clean that one window and half xxx clean the crumbs up. When I got home, I showed my family my new car and someone asked, “why are their peanuts under the driver seat? I didn’t even want to bother calling again so I cleaned it myself, while cleaning I found a pair of earrings and a lipstick under the passenger seat. I was pretty annoyed about it. I then asked the mechanic a different day why the hatch button on my key didn’t open the hatch. He said he would schedule an appointment for me to have it fixed after he looked at it... I drove an hour back out to the dealership the following week, and Dave came out and said the mechanic talked to him about the hatch and come to find out, it’s jot an automatic open, it only unlocks it... while Dave was great about it, why wouldn’t the mechanic know this after looking at it? When I was in the finance managers office going through paper work the day I bought the car, he told me it was going to be a higher interest rate than what I was quoted, thank god I had a voicemail from the other person in finance stating I was given a lower rate, when I showed it to him, he froze. It took a long time in his office and I was annoyed at that as well. Just jot a great car buying experience if you ask me. I love the car but everyone except Dave could use some enrichment courses in the customer service world. More

As always ,Dave was prompt, courteous and willing to work the trade and deal I was looking for. While this was not a Mazda, we were treated as we always have been. Great First Time Buyer Experience! As this was my first time buying a new car, I was very nervous and anxious. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the car buying experience, espec As this was my first time buying a new car, I was very nervous and anxious. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the car buying experience, especially with regards to how minorities are treated (in general). To make it clear, once I started the search for a new car, all of the dealerships that I went to treated me well so I did not experience any bad experiences. However, with my fears in front of me, I was still wanting to make sure that I was not going to get ripped off. I had brought my dad with me when I went to go look for cars and I knew that I had chosen the right car when he said that he loved the car! With that said, my experience at Mazda of Manchester was really nice. They treated my family well and answered all of my questions and, I believe, understood all of my concerns. Not really knowing what car I wanted, it was actually Rachel that suggested the car that I ended up purchasing. If she never mentioned it, I would have never looked into it. I am really happy with the purchase and I love bragging about my new car! Rachel has been an angel to work with as she stayed patient with me as I called her for questions, wondering what was going on and why that particular process of going on (like I said, I had no idea on what to expect with regards to the process of purchasing the car). The other staff at the dealership were great as well and treated my family very well as well. I am still fairly new with the car buying experience as I have only had the car for about a week. However, so far things are going well. I especially liked the fact that if things were discovered, post buying experience on the car, or about the car, the dealership has been working hard, with Rachel's advocation of course, to amend those situations! I definitely see this car as my long term car, but when I feel like I have to upgrade my car, for whatever reason, I am confident that I can trust this dealership with regards to helping me choose my next car!
