Great First Time Buyer Experience! As this was my first time buying a new car, I was very nervous and anxious. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the car buying experience, espec As this was my first time buying a new car, I was very nervous and anxious. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the car buying experience, especially with regards to how minorities are treated (in general). To make it clear, once I started the search for a new car, all of the dealerships that I went to treated me well so I did not experience any bad experiences. However, with my fears in front of me, I was still wanting to make sure that I was not going to get ripped off. I had brought my dad with me when I went to go look for cars and I knew that I had chosen the right car when he said that he loved the car! With that said, my experience at Mazda of Manchester was really nice. They treated my family well and answered all of my questions and, I believe, understood all of my concerns. Not really knowing what car I wanted, it was actually Rachel that suggested the car that I ended up purchasing. If she never mentioned it, I would have never looked into it. I am really happy with the purchase and I love bragging about my new car! Rachel has been an angel to work with as she stayed patient with me as I called her for questions, wondering what was going on and why that particular process of going on (like I said, I had no idea on what to expect with regards to the process of purchasing the car). The other staff at the dealership were great as well and treated my family very well as well. I am still fairly new with the car buying experience as I have only had the car for about a week. However, so far things are going well. I especially liked the fact that if things were discovered, post buying experience on the car, or about the car, the dealership has been working hard, with Rachel's advocation of course, to amend those situations! I definitely see this car as my long term car, but when I feel like I have to upgrade my car, for whatever reason, I am confident that I can trust this dealership with regards to helping me choose my next car! More
