AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WATER LEAKING INTO MY BRAND NEW VANS ENGINE COMPARTMENT "LOOKED AT ONLY" TO DETERMINE IF TH MINIMAL SERVICES! AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WATER LEAKING INTO MY BRAND NEW VANS ENGINE COMPARTMENT "LOOKED AT ONLY" TO DETERMINE IF THEY WANT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE LEAKING PARTS, I WAS TOLD BY YHE SERVICE MANAGER AFTER A 9.5 HOUR WAIT ONE DAY THAT "SERVICE APPOINTMENTS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING!" IT'S JUST FOR US TO WRITE UP THE TICKET! SADLY, THE CUSTOMERS TIME, WHO ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE A JOB, ARE NOT CONSIDERED IMPORTANT TO "SOME" EMPLOYEES! IF A SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEE AGREES ON A SERVICE AND TIME FRAME TO HAVE A PROBLEM "EVALUATED ONLY", THEN A CUSTOMER SHOULDN'T BE HELD THERE FOR 9.5 HOURS! More
