When I first arrived, David helped me with any questions I had, with the policy I have with Toyota Care. We then proceeded inside to help me with more questions I had about my service for the day. David t I had, with the policy I have with Toyota Care. We then proceeded inside to help me with more questions I had about my service for the day. David then told me that I had a recall which I didn’t know about. And was really specific on what it was and how long it’ll take. He offered many options on what to do in the meantime. He then told me my options. Hang out at the dealer, get a free transit, or use a rental for as long as I need it. I chose the rental for the day; which helped me finish my duties for the day. David then told me my rental car options and I chose an electric car (Toyota BZ) because I’ve never driven one before and wanted to know how it will handle and ride. After finalizing the paperwork and forgot my updated insurance , David was patient enough and helped me with any questions I had while I got my updated insurance through my phone. I was surprised on how smooth it was. 10/10 would recommend David for any questions and has the patience and solves anything if something goes wrong in the last second . Would come back and tell others about his customer service. More
