I had to use the service center to have the crossbars installed. This was annoying to begin with because I asked to have them installed prior to delivery of the car but they weren't in stock. It seems like this is an item that should have been in stock (it was STANDARD on my 2008 RAV4 Limited). So everyone was very nice about the whole thing and I had a time scheduled which I assumed would take a short time (how long can it possibly take to do this?) but it was close to two hours. Maybe I'm being unrealistic, but if I have an appointment, someone should be ready to do that job upon arrival and get me out of the waiting room fast. More
