Liliana did a great job explaining and understanding my experience with MBT. She was very courteous. My previous service I brought up an issue with the right wheel and was told that nothing was wrong with experience with MBT. She was very courteous. My previous service I brought up an issue with the right wheel and was told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and was suggested other services that were completed. However the issue with a loud noise on the right wheel persisted and this time around I was finally told what was wrong and it was finally taken care of. Thank you Liliana for been great help. More
