While there were some issues and misunderstandings during the purchase process, they were ultimately resolved in a professional manner experience. Carlos took ownership of the situation and worked to address my concerns. He remained responsive, followed through on the resolution, and arranged for the missing package to be provided at no cost. I appreciate his effort to correct the inconvenience and his commitment to maintaining the good reputation of both his department and the dealership. At the dealership itself, I had a pleasant experience. I arrived much earlier than scheduled, was greeted promptly, and was treated very well throughout the visit.
