Made an appt on-line, went in at the appointed time, they took my car to fix the blinking light while I sat in the cool, airconditioned comfort, reading my book. The expense was as quoted. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was able to get serviced. Christian was wonderful!! He explained the process and kept me informed of the progress. He’s always so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and we’re usually laughing about something. 😂 Cris, Carl, Jesus, and all the fellas there are just amazing. They make you feel comfortable and actually make going to get your car serviced a good experience, which isn’t always easy to say! 😂 And even when Cris isn’t there, I know I’m still going to get great customer service from everyone. That says a lot about the kind of team they have. I really appreciate all of them and the way they’ve taken care of me over the years.
