I never know if the work (such as tire rotation or balancing) is really done. No one marks the tires and shows you what they’ve done. You just sit like the other shmucks in the waiting room for literally hours. Absolutely no one at the dealership acts like a human. Everyone seems to be on perfunctory autopilot. Yes, they are polite and respectful albeit somewhat vapid. Bottom line, you leave wondering if you just wasted your time and money and will you go back even if it’s just to have the dealership turn off that annoying dash signal telling you it’s time to get to return.
